Aqua (distilled water), calendula officinalis Extracts, Cymbopogon citrates extracts (lemongrass), berries extract, Raw honey, Aloe barbadensis extracts, sodium coco sulfate, diazolidinyl urea, cocamido propylbetaine, lauramido propylbetaine, iodopropynyl butylcarbamate, propylene glycol, glycerine.

With your desired washing aid either wash cloth, sponge, aloofa or any other wet it then pours the soap into the cloth lather the soap well and wash your body gently, rinse with clean water.
